Our history

With a father who was a specialist doctor in functional medicine and nutrition and a mother who was a coach, I grew up in an environment where chronic discomforts couldn't set in because they were taken care of straight away. Everything seemed to go without saying.

That's when my wife needed help. Thanks to targeted tests, in addition to the blood test, we were able to understand what was going on. She received rapid, tailored treatment so that in just a few weeks, her symptoms had disappeared. I then realised how lucky I was.

I realised that the quality of care I was used to was a luxury, that it is difficult to find more suitable solutions in cases where a classical health check provides no answers.

Hence Symp's mission, to make these analyses more rapid and accessible while maintaining the quality of the interpretation and recommendations based on the results.

We work with experts in functional medicine who have over 30 years of experience in the field. Our team is made up of physicians, nutritionists, biologists and therapists, led by Dr. Balon-Perin, founder of the Microbiota Clinical Applications Center.

Symp does not sell dietary supplements. The supplements we recommend are selected solely on the basis of their quality and effectiveness, based on the experience of our committee of experts. We are not linked to any pharmaceutical company and we have no interest in recommending any specific product.
